Services and other work, booked online

14. Dandycars.com will try to their best ability to complete work within the stated timeframe. Work will only take longer than expected due to unforseen cirumstances and if work booked in to Dandycars.com does take longer than anticipated we will do our best to inform you of any delays. Dandycars.com will not compensate any customers for delayed work owing to circumstances out of our control (such as the weather etc).

15. Charges for servicing covers all fluid level top ups, engine oil change, oil filter, air filter, grease, lubricants, labour but does not cover any other parts or extra labour needed to fit these parts. If when we service your car we find that extra parts are needed we will only fit the parts after a verbal confirmation from you and we will provide a quote as to the cost of the work when we contact you. This clause is not built in to give us an 'blank cheque' for performing work on your car - we are a reputable garage and will always do our utmost to contact you before performing any chargeable work. We will also supply your old parts for examination upon request.

17. www.mx5hoods.co.uk and Dandycars.com Ltd use the latest security encryption technology and shopping system which protects any credit card details to the very highest level we can attain and that information is never passed outside of www.mazda-mx5-shop.com or Dandycars.com Ltd.

18. We investigate all attempts (including fraudulent) of ordering from our website using a credit card and will disregard any order we deem suspicous. We reserve the right to delay shipping of any and all items until we have completed checks against all orders. This is for customer protection.
